Intrecci combine the uniqueness of ancient grains with the goodness of classic ingredients. The shortcrust pastry with wholemeal buckwheat flour is intertwined with the shortcrust pastry with pieces of chocolate and cocoa to create a biscuit rich in flavor and authenticity.
Ingredients: Wholemeal flour 27%*, wheat flour 24.5%*, sugar, sunflower seed oil, dark chocolate 9.2%* (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa, low-fat cocoa, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavouring), butter, fresh eggs, wholemeal buckwheat flour 2%*, cocoa, honey, leavening agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate), flavorings (milk), salt.
