ITALIAN “TYPE 2” SOFT WHEAT FLOUR
The choice to give priority to Italian wheat is an ethical choice, which looks at the environment and the beauty of working with our growers. We use type 2 flour or flour from direct refining of the grain, because the lesser refining process compared to 0 and 00 flours determines a higher % of mineral salts, vitamins and fibre.
FRESH ITALIAN MILK AND EGGS
In this product we use fresh Italian milk, choosing suppliers who pay particular attention to supply chain traceability systems and the principles of animal welfare on farms. This also applies to eggs, which come from free-range hens in Italy.

type “2” soft wheat flour 54% – sugar 23% – sunflower oil – chocolate 4% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, dextrose, emulsifier: soy lecithin) – low-fat cocoa powder 4% – butter 4% – ancient cereal flours 3.5% (spelt wheat flakes flour, buckwheat flour) – fresh eggs from free-range hens 2.5% – fresh pasteurized whole milk 2.5% – flavorings – leavening agents : ammonium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate – salt. May contain nuts and mustard.
