Alce Nero organic Cappelli durum wheat corallini are produced using the historic variety of durum wheat which owes its name to the Abruzzo senator of the same name who promoted, at the beginning of the 20th century, the agrarian reform which led to the distinction between durum and soft wheats. Our wheat is grown in Italy. Alce Nero organic Cappelli durum wheat corals are produced with the addition of vitamin B1.
