Wheat flour 44.7%, water, vegetable margarine (cocoa butter, sunflower oil, coconut oil, water), sugar, sweetened cranberries 3.7% (sugar, cranberries 1.4%, rice flour , sunflower oil), yeast, wholemeal spelled flour (wheat) 2.2%, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavourings, cranberry seeds 0.9%, salt, wheat gluten, phosphorus and magnesium ( magnesium hydrogen phosphate), pea protein.
*although the recipe for these croissants does not include milk and eggs, the inadvertent presence of trace ingredients during the production phase cannot be ruled out. For this reason, this product is not suitable for people allergic to milk and eggs.
